Shipping

We generally ship your order with PostNL. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 17:00 are shipped the same day. We offer various shipping options. You can choose one of the options during checkout.

Delivery

Your parcel is usually delivered within 1 working week. Shipments to the United Kingdom are typically delivered within 2 to 5 working days. You will receive a separate email with Track & Trace information, so you can track your parcel.

Please note: If you still have not received anything after 2 weeks, even though you received an email stating that your order has been shipped, please let us know so we can look into it for you.
